TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF USE – INXORA

1. IDENTITY OF THE SERVICE

INXORA (INXORA S.A.C., Tax ID: 20614841681) is a digital platform for commercial intermediation and industrial supply that connects customers with formal, vetted suppliers, providing quoting, commercial management, logistics coordination, and payment options.

Use of INXORA’s channels, including the website, WhatsApp, online store, artificial intelligence–assisted service (SARA XORA), and human support, constitutes express acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

2. SCOPE OF THE SERVICE

INXORA provides:

Commercial and technical information based on data provided by manufacturers and vetted suppliers.

Indicative and/or formal quotations as applicable in each case.

Order management and logistics coordination.

Automated assistance through an AI virtual assistant (SARA XORA) and human advisors.

INXORA does not manufacture the products sold, unless expressly stated.

3. QUOTATIONS AND PRICES

Every quotation is subject to stock availability, final validation, and payment confirmation.

Prices may vary based on volume, product type, logistics, exchange rates, supplier validity, or market conditions.

Quotations have limited validity, as indicated in each case.

A quotation does not constitute a purchase order or delivery obligation until payment is confirmed.

INXORA reserves the right to update prices before payment confirmation.

4. PURCHASE CONFIRMATION AND CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITY

Accepting a quotation means the customer has technically and commercially verified that the requested product (brand, model, specifications, application, and quantity) meets their needs.

Once payment is confirmed and the purchase is processed with the supplier, the transaction is considered firm.

5. PAYMENT METHODS

INXORA’s primary payment method is cash payment.

The following methods are accepted:

Bank transfer

Yape (Peru mobile payment) for amounts under PEN 500

Debit or credit card through the online store

Payment details are provided only through INXORA’s official channels.

6. CREDIT AND FINANCING

INXORA does not offer automatic credit.

Credit requests are subject to:

Financial assessment

Credit score analysis

Availability of factoring or negotiable invoice arrangements

Credit approval is discretionary and will be communicated only by an authorized human advisor.

INXORA does not guarantee credit approval under any circumstances.

7. PAYMENT CONFIRMATION

Shipment or order activation occurs only after payment validation.

The customer must submit proof of payment for verification.

INXORA is not liable for delays due to unconfirmed payments, payments outside business hours, or incorrect information provided by the customer.

8. POLICY ON CHANGES, RETURNS, AND CANCELLATIONS

8.1 Cancellation after payment

INXORA does not accept order cancellations once payment is confirmed and the purchase has been processed with the supplier, except for errors attributable to INXORA.

8.2 Customer request error

If the customer incorrectly requested a product (brand, model, specification, quantity, or application), INXORA is not obliged to make changes, returns, or refunds, especially when the supplier or manufacturer does not accept return or exchange of the product.

8.3 Receipt of the product

Acknowledging receipt of the product in good order implies acceptance by the customer.

8.4 Exceptions

In exceptional cases, INXORA may evaluate commercial alternatives (exchange, partial credit note, or special handling with the supplier), without this constituting an obligation or precedent for future cases.

8.5 Special or made-to-order products

No changes or returns are accepted for special products, imports under specific requirements, or products manufactured to the customer’s order.

8.6 Warranties

Changes or returns apply only in case of factory defects, in accordance with the manufacturer’s warranty policy.

9. DELIVERY TIMELINES POLICY AND “IMMEDIATE DELIVERY”

9.1 Definition of immediate delivery

When a quotation states “immediate delivery,” this means delivery within the same business day, provided payment is confirmed within business hours and logistics capacity is available for coordination.

Immediate delivery does not mean instant delivery or service outside business hours.

9.2 Business hours

INXORA’s business hours are Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Payments confirmed within these hours may be processed the same business day, subject to logistics coordination.

Payments made outside these hours will be processed the next business day, without exception.

9.3 Logistics coordination

Order delivery takes place only after payment validation and prior logistics coordination.

INXORA is not obliged to make deliveries without confirmed coordination.

9.4 Office pickup

INXORA does not guarantee immediate office pickup unless it has been coordinated and confirmed in advance.

The customer appearing at offices without prior confirmation does not oblige INXORA to release the delivery.

9.5 Customer urgency

The customer’s urgency or expectation of immediacy is not grounds for cancellation, return, or refund, provided timelines were disclosed and accepted.

10. LOGISTICS AND LIABILITY

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary depending on availability, supplier, transport, and location.

INXORA coordinates shipments with its own or third-party logistics operators.

Risk of loss or damage transfers to the customer once the product is handed to the logistics operator, unless otherwise agreed.

11. WARRANTIES AND TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS

Technical specifications are based on manufacturer datasheets.

INXORA does not alter or warrant uses other than those indicated by the manufacturer.

Warranties apply according to each brand’s terms.

The customer is responsible for verifying the product’s suitability for their needs.

12. USE OF THE VIRTUAL ASSISTANT (SARA XORA)

SARA XORA provides information based on data available on the platform.

It does not create commercial or financial commitments.

If information is insufficient, the inquiry will be referred to a human advisor.

INXORA is not liable for the customer’s misinterpretation of automated responses.

13. COMPLAINTS AND CUSTOMER SERVICE

INXORA maintains a virtual complaints book on its website and channels for complaints, inquiries, and follow-up.

Every complaint will be handled seriously within a reasonable timeframe.

14. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content, including text, trademarks, interfaces, and platform flows, is owned by INXORA or their respective rights holders and may not be reproduced without authorization.

15. IMPACT AND RESPONSIBLE OPERATIONS

INXORA promotes more efficient and sustainable purchasing practices, seeking to reduce rework, unnecessary transport, and excessive resource use, without this constituting a contractual obligation for specific environmental outcomes.

16. AMENDMENTS

INXORA reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time.

Updated versions will be published on its official channels.

17. ACCEPTANCE

Use of INXORA’s services constitutes express acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
